You tell it what you spent and earned, and it organises that into entries, budgets, goals and insights. Gerry does not connect to your bank, hold your money, or make payments for you.","## 2. Not financial advice","Gerry helps you keep track of your own money. It is not a bank, an accountant or a financial adviser, and nothing in Gerry is financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Decisions you make about your money are yours. Please check anything important against your own records.","## 3. Reading your lines","Gerry works out amounts, categories and dates from what you type automatically. It is usually right, but not always — and it flags entries it is unsure of. You are responsible for checking that your entries are correct. You can edit or delete any entry at any time.","## 4. Your account",[13,14,15],"You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use Gerry.","Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.","Give us accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.","## 5. Your content","What you put into Gerry stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run Gerry for you, as described in our [privacy policy](\u002Fprivacy). You can delete your content or your whole account whenever you like.","## 6. Our app and brand","Gerry, its name, character, design and software belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use, while you follow these terms. Store terms (Google Play and the App Store) also apply to your download.","## 8. Changes and availability","We keep improving Gerry, so features may change, be added or be removed. We work to keep Gerry running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors — for example, reading lines needs a connection when your phone can’t do it on its own. We may stop offering Gerry; if we do, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to get a copy of your data.","## 9. Paid features","If we ever offer paid features, the price and terms will be shown clearly before you buy, and purchases will be handled by the app store you use under its own terms.","## 10. Ending your use","You can stop using Gerry at any time and ask us to delete your account through the [contact form](\u002F#contact). We may end these terms or your access if you seriously or repeatedly break them.","## 11. Liability","Gerry is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits or data, or for decisions you make based on what Gerry shows, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Gerry in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.","## 12. Changes to these terms","We may update these terms from time to time.
